Equalizer Hydraulic Flange Alignment Tool

 

 

 

The Equalizer FA9TE hydraulic flange alignment tool is designed to realign large diameter and heavy series flanges. This tool comes with a 10,000 psi external hydraulic hand pump to prime the tool. 

 

The FA9TE body is rested on the lower flange and bridges over to the top of the higher flange, making sure to attach at the point of greatest misalignment. Then properly adjust the hydraulic cylinder and attach safety strap to secure the tool in place. Next, connect the hydraulic hose to the pump and to the cylinder. 

 

As you operate the tool the hydraulic cylinder will expand to raise the lower flange up to the height of the taller flange and at that point you will be able to insert your bolts. Once you are bolted you can release hydraulic pressure and remove the tool. The kit comes with the FA9TE tool, the 10,000 psi hose and pump, safety strap, instruction manual and comes in a rolling hard plastic case.
