SMP Flange Lifters are the safest and most efficient way to lift or install blind flanges or weldneck flanges. When lifting weld neck flanges and installing and removing blind flanges, nothing works better and safer than SMP Flange Elevators. Each and every tool is load tested and mag particle inspected before delivery, assuring you the safest possible tool. You should never rely on unsafe welded lifting eyes. The spacers and arms can be swapped to fit the exact size you need. Instead of using old un-inspected lifting eyes to pick up blind or weldneck flanges, the SMP Flange Elevators lift blind and weldneck flanges by the bolts. SMP Flange Elevators are available in several different model sizes:

 

SMP - FLA 1000: For lifting weld neck and blind flanges. Adjustable plates fit flanges up to 6-1/8" thick. The FLA 1000 is rated up to 1000 lbs.

 

SMP - FLA 5000: For lifting weld neck and blind flanges. Adjustable plates fit flanges up to 11-1/8" thick.  The FLA 5000 is rated up to 5000 lbs.

 

SMP - FLA 112: On this model, the arms swing to quickly, safely and easily install or remove blind flanges.  Adjustable plates fit flanges up to 4-1/2" thick.  The FLA 112 is rated up to 1000 lbs. and can be used for lifting weld neck flanges and installing and removing blind flanges.

 

SMP - FLA 212: As with the FLA 112, the arms swing to quickly, safely and easily install or remove blind flanges.  The adjustable plates fit flanges up to 7-5/8" thick, and the FLA 212 is rated up to 2000 lbs.
